Teaching Practice

1.          Procedurs of Teaching

After I observed the class for a week I should do practice teaching. But before it, I should finish my lesson plan and instructional materials so I get ready for teach. When we are teaching, we should control the class and  keep following the lesson plan.

2.          Time Management and Organizing Activities

teacher have a hour for teach in class. Teacher allocates time well so that all learning procedures are realized. Teacher organized the activities so well.  In 60 minutes for teach the teacher manages the time with; 15 minutes CMP (Class Management Preliminaries) for checking the students and review the topic, 30 minutes for teach the topics, 10 minutes for add specific skills and make a class activities, 5 minutes for review and summarize the topic.

3.          Problem-solving

If the student ask the question, teacher give opportunity to the other students to answer the question and then  teacher will answer and make a little discussion about it until all the students understand.

4.          Classroom Management

Actually it hard to manages the class because in the class there are 40-50 students. But I make a management time for a hour. So, the students can finish the lesson at time.
